How it works

There are two ways this app will work – With subscription and Without Subscription

WITH SUBSCRIPTION

Customers subscribing to the app will not need searching medicines or uploading their prescriptions again and again for the medicines they use on the regular basis. When subscribed to, the system knows that particular customer will need the selected medicines on regular basis. The team handling the operation will deliver medicines accordingly.

WITHOUT SUBSCRIPTION

Customers need medicines only for the single time can place order without any subscription. They can search medicines by browsing categories or simply by uploading their prescriptions.

Note: In either case, few medicines are never sold without a valid prescription and thus customers will need uploading their prescriptions.

PROCESS – Customer-end app

  • Launch the app
  • Sign up / log in
  • Browse product type from categories
  • Browse by the class of medicines such has anti-allergic, antibiotics, analgesics, etc OR
  • Upload prescription of doctor
  • When uploading prescription, you will need waiting for short while until your cart is created and when it’s created proceed for the checkout
  • When ordering medicine by exploring particular classes, choose suggested medicines or search more.

  • Add item to cart
  • Upload prescription from gallery or take its picture if the item is a ‘prescription medicine’
  • Proceed to Checkout
  • Provide delivery address, name, email and phone number and continue checkout
  • Choose payment method, provide details and make payment
  • Check order history to reorder previously ordered medicines
  • Manage profile details like number, email and password

PROCESS – Admin Dashboard

  • Store owners will login with their unique credentials.
  • Upon successful logging-in, they will see complete admin dashboard there.
  • Store owners can add, edit and delete category and sub category items
  • Store owners can add as many products as they want to related subcategories.
  • They can also add price, description, images and other details.
  • They are able to see the details of the order placed by customers using the app.
  • They are able to generate various reports related to orders placed by customers.
  • They are able to make changes to the status of the orders; from Order Processed to Packaging, to Shipped, to Out for Delivery, etc.

  • Store owners can also add information for stores, like contact details, about us, terms & condition.
  • They are able to see and generate the sales report of particular period of time to have an estimation of total business.
  • They can add multiple payment methods, from cash on delivery to credit card, to debit card, to internet banking, to e-wallet and so on
  • Provide delivery address, name, email and phone number and continue checkout
  • With analytics, store owners can track customers’ history, behavior and a lot of other things.
